What: EXBTV to webcast President Bill Clinton's Internet address There are two kinds of addresses that are widely used on the Internet. One is a person's e-mail address, and the other is the address of a Web site, which is known as a URL. Following is an explanation of Internet e-mail addresses only. regarding the launch of firstgov.gov - a single point of entry

into one of the largest and most useful web pages in the world. On

June 24, 2000, President Clinton promised to create a

customer-focused website where users can find every on-line

resource offered by the federal government. Exactly 90 days later,

the President will launch the new website from the Roosevelt Room The Roosevelt Room is a meeting room in the West Wing of the White House, the official home and principal workplace of the President of the United States. Located almost in the center of the West Wing, and near the Oval Office the room is named for two related U.S.  

at the White House.

The President's new Internet See Web 2.0 and Internet2.  initiative is a regularly produced

webcast series specifically for the Internet where the President

addresses the latest news in Washington.

Additionally, EXBTV will serve as the White House pool camera for

the President's remarks.
