, will participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the dedication of a new Research Support and Administration building at EPA's research laboratory on Sabine Sabine (săbēn`), river, c.575 mi (925 km) long, rising on the prairies NE of Dallas, Tex. It flows SE across Texas, then south to mark the Texas–Louisiana line. Near its mouth it broadens to form Sabine Lake (c.17 mi/27 km long; c.  Island in Gulf Breeze, Florida
The Gulf Breeze was also a passenger train run by Amtrak.
Gulf Breeze is a city located on the Fairpoint Peninsula in Santa Rosa County, Florida and is a suburb of Pensacola, FL, which lies to the north, across Pensacola Bay.

The ceremony will mark the completion of the $1.6 million, 10,000 square-foot facility, used in support of research to protect the nation's coastal wetlands and estuaries.
