Jefferson B. "Jeff" Miller (born June 27, 1959), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 2001, representing , will participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the dedication of a new Research Support and Administration building at EPA's research laboratory on Sabine Sabine (săbēn`), river, c.575 mi (925 km) long, rising on the prairies NE of Dallas, Tex. The ceremony will mark the completion of the $1.6 million, 10,000 square-foot facility, used in support of research to protect the nation's coastal wetlands and estuaries.
