ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 2004

Officials from local and federal agencies, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), independent agency of the U.S. government, with headquarters in Washington, D.C.
