This new project will attempt to fully integrate air quality planning with energy, transportation, land use and economic development in the Charlotte area. When completed, it could provide a blueprint blueprint, white-on-blue photographic print, commonly of a working drawing used during building or manufacturing. The plan is first drawn to scale on a special paper or tracing cloth through which light can penetrate.  for extending integrated air quality planning into other urban areas around the Nation. This initiative also is an example of putting the Agency's Innovations Strategy into action through actively promoting both partnerships and integration. -0-
