joint program of the NUL See null.  and Merrill Lynch, ScholarshipBuilder is

an effort that 12 years ago promised 250 inner-city first-graders

from 10 US cities a full college scholarship upon graduation from

high school. Nearly 91 percent of those students have graduated or

will graduate this fall.
