South Village is at the heart of a growing residential corridor downtown. South Village will be comprised of a total of 1,200 loft-style apartments and condominiums and 127,000-square-feet of retail space, which includes the 50,000-square-foot Ralphs. The 7.2 acre site, bounded by 8th and 9th and Hope and Flower Streets, includes the historic gas company headquarters buildings, which are being restored and converted to rental lofts with ground floor retail.
