WHO:    Tom Capps, chairman, president, and CEO of Dominion Resource
        (NYSE: D), joins Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan
        Greenspan, Treasury Secretary Paul H. O'Neill and Health and
        Human Services Secretary Tommy H. Thompson to discuss the
        state of the nation's economy.

        Capps recently has discussed energy industry issues on
        national programs such as CNBC Business Center, CNNfn Before
        Hours, Bloomberg Business News and PBS Nightly Business
        Report.

WHAT:   Capps will provide his perspective on the U.S. energy crisis
        and what role public policy should take to deal with energy
        issues at the 17th annual National Association of Business
        Economics and Association for University Business and Economic
        Research policy conference.
