WHAT:    As a Digital TV Zone, Portland residents and visitors
         experience a multitude of Digital TV activities, such as the
         NCAA Tournament Watch Parties, to gain a clear understanding
         of the benefits of Digital TV. The NCAA Championships are
         underway and residents of Portland can watch all the games on
         Digital Televisions at a variety of popular locations
         throughout the city.
