 will perform in a benefit concert at House of Blues House of Blues (HOB) is a chain of music halls and restaurants founded in 1992 by Hard Rock Cafe founder Isaac Tigrett and his friend and investor Dan Aykroyd. It is a home for live music and southern-inspired cuisine, whose clubs celebrate African-American culture, specifically  in Anaheim on Feb. 15.

Proceeds will benefit Orange County's Child Guidance Center. Tickets are $25 for general admission. VIP tickets at $125 are sold out.

WHO:      Dennis Quaid and The Sharks, which describes its music as
          rock 'n' roll and country-soul, also features Jamie James,
          guitar and background vocals; Tom Slik, bass; Ken Strange,
          keyboards and harmonica; and Tom Walsh, drums. Quaid serves
          as rhythm guitarist and lead singer.

DETAILS:  Founded in 1967, Child Guidance Center (CGC) is a non-profit
          organization with more than 33 years of experience in
          providing counseling services for children and families in
          Orange County. CGC, a United Way agency, offers specialized
          outpatient mental health, child abuse and substance
          abuse-related services to children and families. CGC provides
          in excess of 44,200 visits to more than 2,619 families per
