--(BUSINESS WIRE)

What: Bob Melancon, executive recruiter and author of "The
                  Secrets of Executive Search...Professional
Strategies for Managing Your Personal Job Search"
will share his secrets of the executive search. Find
out why even if you're happy with your current
position, you still want to keep your phone ringing
with job offers. If you are currently out of work or
just looking for a new opportunity, Melancon will
show you how to identify the best opportunities and
close the deal on your dream job.

WHO: Bob Melancon is the Managing Principal of Melancon &
Company, a Dallas, Texas based, Retained Executive
Search and Consulting firm with roots dating back to
1973. He is also a noted speaker, writer, and author
-- and is widely considered an authority on the
                  subject of executive selection.

Bob graduated from Loyola University where he
received a bachelor's degree (cum laude) in Business
Administration with a minor in Labor Management, and
holds NASD Series 6 and 63 securities licenses.
Prior to entering the executive search profession,
he enjoyed a highly successful corporate career in
human resources management with three of the
                  country's leading Fortune 50 corporations -- Shell
Oil Company, Celanese Corporation, and Frito-Lay,
                  Inc.

In 1980, Bob left the corporate world to become an
executive search consultant, and has served as the
Managing Principal of Melancon & Company for the
past 20+ years. His background in executive
recruitment is unique in that he has been involved
in the staffing process from all perspectives -- as
the candidate being recruited, as a representative
of the hiring corporation, and as a search
consultant serving as an agent for all parties in
                  the recruitment process.
