ADVISORY/DSL Forum Unites Leading Telecom Companies to Launch Global DSL Awareness Campaign at DSLcon '00 Spring Show; "Say Hello to DSL"--April 3, 2000.

Who: DSL Forum, a non-profit organization comprised of more than 300
    global telecommunications industry leaders dedicated to speeding
    the deployment of digital subscriber line (DSL) technology.

What: Press conference prior to cocktail party. You're invited to
    witness history as DSL Forum launches its first global awareness
    campaign that will further educate the world about the benefits of
    DSL. Meet with representatives of DSL Forum and learn more about
    this marketing initiative that will mark 2000 as the Year of DSL.

When: Monday, April 3, 2000 at 4:15 PM. Check-in is at 3:45 PM.
    One-on-one interviews available. Presentation, demonstration, and
    interviews from industry leaders:

    -   Nabil Gebrael, DSL Forum's Marketing Committee chairman,
        Nortel Networks

    -   Jim Southworth, DSL Forum Board member, Concentric Networks

    -   Andrew Hendry, DSL Forum's Strategic Communications chairman,
        Intel Corporation

    -   Q&A Session

Where: Fairmont Hotel, in the Garden Room, San Jose, CA, followed by
    DSLcon sponsored cocktail reception from 5-7PM at Club Regent

Why: DSL technology is changing people's lives as DSL delivers
    applications as diverse as Internet access for email, education,
    telecommuting or shopping to accessing broadcast quality video,
    video gaming and two-way video conferencing. Many are uninformed
    of DSL's advantages. DSL Forum's global awareness campaign will
    educate the consumer audience about the advantages DSL offers both
    personal lives and businesses; DSL applications will increase work
    efficiency.
