WHO/WHAT: Cycle Source Group, the official world-wide distributor of
Jeep(R) Bicycles &Accessories, will showcase a wide range of new and
exciting Jeep S.U.V. bicycles at The Super Show(R) Outdoor Sports
Show, Georgia World Congress Center, Booth No. 8312G, Feb. 10-13,
2000. Jeep bicycles are human-powered S.U.V.'s that live up to the
Jeep standards of ruggedness, durability and unyielding functionality
-- without compromising style and great looks. The 2000 Jeep bicycle
line is the latest edition to the award-winning collection of Jeep
consumer products. Jeep bicycles include models for extreme to
recreational riders, adults to children. Highlights include:

     GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED -- The Grand Cherokee Limited is
     everything one would want from a high-quality mountain bike and
     more. It comes fully loaded with a light, 17&uot; &uot;Y&uot; type
aluminum
     frame and front and rear suspension. With Hayes Hydraulic disc
     brakes and brake levers, stopping on a rock-infested bike path is
     as easy as stopping on concrete. The Grand Cherokee Limited also
     features Shimano XTR Rapid Rise derailleurs and shifters, a
     Shimano DH 4-arm crankset and a dual crown adjustable fork.

     CHEROKEE Tsi -- The Cherokee Tsi features an 18&uot; &uot;Y&uot; type
     aluminum frame with a full suspension and front and rear disc
     brakes. It also features Shimano Deore shifters, 27-speed index
     derailleurs, quick release, double wall alloy rims and a dual
     crown fork with an alloy steerer tube.

     WRANGLER LIMITED -- The Wrangler Limited comes nicely equipped
     with 26&uot; wheels, an 18&uot; &uot;Y&uot; type aluminum frame and an
adjustable
     front and rear suspension. It also features a dual crown RST
     fork, high-quality Shimano 24-speed Acera derailleurs, Shimano
     Acera E-Z Fire shifters, Shimano v-type rear brakes, front disc
     brakes and extra strong 36-spoke alloy rims.

     COMANCHE LIMITED -- The Comanche Limited features an 18&uot;
     alloy/steel &uot;Y&uot; type frame and alloy v-type brakes for superior
     stopping power. It also features Shimano 21-speed index
     derailleurs, a full suspension with a dual crown fork, alloy rims
     with quick release on the front, twist grip shifting and a
     three-piece crankset.

     COMMANDO Tsi (kids bike) -- The Commando Tsi features a 14&uot;
&uot;Y&uot;
     type frame, 20&uot; knobby tires, front and rear suspension for a
     smoother ride, quick release seat post for easy adjustments and
     linear pull brakes for extra stopping power. It also features a
     highly durable three-piece crankset, non-corrosive alloy rims,
     six speeds, twist grip shifting and a dual sided chain guard.
