WHO: Cybernet Medical, a leading developer of biometric monitoring
technology and medical devices for outpatient care.

WHAT: Cybernet Medical will showcase its MedStar(TM) Disease
Management Data Collection System throughout the American
        Telemedicine Association's annual conference May 2-5, 2004.
Its latest product, the MedStar Kit, is a key component in the
conference's new Medical Disaster Response Demonstration
(MEDRED) on Tuesday, May 4, 2004. MEDRED is a unique exercise
designed to illustrate the feasibility of telemedicine
technologies to work in conjunction with the American Red
Cross, the public health system and local/regional service
providers in a disaster scenario that theoretically poses a
threat to a wide, heavily populated area. Cybernet's MedStar
        Kit, a self-contained pre-wired and pre-configured collection
of equipment for the remote acquisition and management of
patient health data, will be in MEDRED's simulated home
environment as a health monitoring technology.

The MedStar System provides in-home monitoring of biometric
data and supports high-resolution camera output and two-way
communication. Cybernet Medical representatives will be
available throughout the show to provide attendees with a live
demonstration of the entire patient monitoring process by
collecting and transmitting human physiological data into a
simulated electronic patient record for retrieval and
        analysis.

WHEN: ATA Conference, May 2-5, 2004
MEDRED will be held Tuesday, May 4, 2004
