TOPIC: Millions of people in China cannot access the Internet because of a
severed undersea cable, according to CNN. Officials do not know what cut the
cable, but they think it may take as long as a month to fix, the story said.
Download times for those users who can access the Internet have slowed
dramatically as telecom companies try to re-route some traffic through
