WHAT: Customer Contact Week, the largest presentation of
enterprise-wide solutions in one location opened today and will run
through Thursday at the McCormick Place Complex. Customer Contact Week
is the co-location of ICCM (International Call Center Management), CRM
(Customer Relationship Management Solutions) and Field Service
Solutions. The show floor will feature leading exhibitors showcasing
the latest software, equipment, technologies, applications and
services for call centers, help desks and the enterprise front office.

SHOW DATES AND HOURS:
                  Wednesday, August 2- Thursday, August 3, 2000
                  10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

WHERE:   McCormick Place Convention Center, Chicago, IL

SPECIAL EVENTS:

-- Keynote Speech by Steve Forbes, president and CEO of Forbes, Inc.
will present the keynote address titled "The New Rules of Winning
Customer Loyalty in a Hyper Networked World," on Wednesday, August 2
at 8:50 a.m.

-- Over 500 exhibiting companies including Siebel, Siemens, IEX,
Nortel Networks, PeopleSoft, SBC, Aspect, Panasonic, and Vantive are
displaying the newest products and services in customer relationship
management, call center solutions and field services.

-- eCRMLive, an exhibit that provides industry professionals the
opportunity to interact with a functioning, state-of-the-art customer
contact center. PricewaterhouseCoopers and vendors will build the
fully operational contact center right on the show floor.

-- The Field Services Solution Awards, highlighting the best new
products and technology innovations in Field Service applications,
such as: hand-held data capture, front office, eBusiness, wireless
field service, logistics and scheduling. Winners will be announced the
morning of Wednesday, August 2.
