    kick off its nine-city, half-day seminar series, in San Jose on
    June 21, 2000. The seminar series, entitled "Carpe Diem: Seize the
    Day," led by Copper Mountain in conjunction with partners 3Com
    Corporation and TollBridge Technologies, targets property
    owners/managers, Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs), and
    Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Copper Mountain and its
    partners will educate the attendees on leveraging DSL in the
    multi-tenant unit/multi-dwelling unit (MTU/MDU) and hotel
    marketplace.

      The Carpe Diem series will explain the basics of how and why it is

    in-building DSL, maximization of ROI with multiple,
