Consumer Federation of America The Consumer Federation of America (CFA) is a non-profit organization founded in 1968 to advance the consumer interest through research, education and advocacy.

            The California state assault weapons ban is currently
            stronger than the federal ban. Discussion will include
            Governor Schwarzenegger's support for the California
            legislation and U.S. Senator Feinstein's support of the
            weaker legislation.
