one of the largest private collections of paintings and drawings of John
Constable (1776-1837) being presented to the public for the first time. Will
also be serving Tea and Scones. WHEN: ON OCTOBER 10 OPEN ONLY TO THE PRESS - 11
AM UNTIL 2:00 PM. EXHIBIT DOES NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL OCTOBER 14. Open to
the Public: October 14-November 2, 2000, Saturday through Wednesday,1:00 p.m.
until 6:00 p.m. and Thursday and Friday 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Oct. 10 - 11
a.m.-2:00 p.m. Press Reception & Private Viewing - Tea with Constable Oct. 14 -
Nov. 2 - Exhibit is Open to the Public WHERE: Salmagundi Club, 47 Fifth Ave.,
