An umbrella organization is an association of (often related, industry-specific) institutions, who work together formally to coordinate activities or
 for animal shelters and other affiliates that promotes the well-being of pets and people, invites you to join animal lovers, philanthropists and community activists at the 5th Annual Silent Auction and Fundraiser. The event helps support Rondout Valley Animals for Adoption--the National Model Animal Shelter for CASA.
