WHAT:    The third annual Colorado Technology Summit will feature a
         keynote from Larry Ellison, Founder and CEO of Oracle and
         will include a panel discussion on Colorado's capital markets
         and venture capital. The Summit is an exceptional opportunity
         to enhance communication and promote the exchange of ideas
         among Colorado's technology executives, government leaders
         and educators.

WHEN:    Friday, July 19, 2002, 10:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
         Exhibition hall to open 10:30 a.m., Summit program to begin
