Collaboration Conference & Expo West (formerly known as
Telecon) to be held in Anaheim, California, November 4-7,
2002. Throughout the exhibit floor and conference sessions
will be demonstrations and discussions on the tools and

EVENT
HIGHLIGHTS:
-Collaboration Boot Camp-
Collaboration Boot Camp is a pre-event full-day seminar,
which launches the Conference on Monday, November 4. The
Seminar will explore every aspect of designing and
deploying a customer-centric system for delivering
compelling collaboration and will be led by John Stenbeck,
founder and President of Pareto Principals, Inc., a San
Diego based organization that provides expert consulting
and training.
-Panel Discussion & Conference Program-
Andrew Davis, managing partner of Wainhouse Research and
Andy Nilssen, senior analyst and partner with Wainhouse
Research, will moderate an interactive panel entitled "The
Melding of Rich Media Communications" which will explore
many of the issues facing the future of conferencing
products and services. Panelists include representatives
from Microsoft, IBM (Lotus Software), Polycom, FVC and
WebEx. The Panel will be held on Tuesday, November 5.
-Keynote Address-
Michael Schrage, Co-Director, MIT Media Lab's eMarkets
Initiative and author of "Serious Play: How the World's
Best Companies Simulate to Innovate," will deliver a
keynote address on Wednesday, November 6 entitled,
"Serious Play - The Art of Prototyping."
-Collaborative Business Forum-
The Forum is a free conference program in the Exhibit Hall
for all registered attendees. Organized by David Coleman
of Collaborative Strategies, this program will educate
attendees on ways to increase productivity and strengthen
customer relationships using collaborative technologies.
-Exhibit Hall-
Many of the industries' leading vendors will showcase
tools that are part of the new collaborative workplace.
