The Coalition for Trade Sanity will discuss the 2004 Outsourcing (1) Contracting with outside consultants, software houses or service bureaus to perform systems analysis, programming and datacenter operations. Contrast with insourcing. See netsourcing, ASP, SSP and facilities management.  Summit, being held on March 10th at the Convention Center and its negative impact on American jobs. The Coalition will also highlight the publicly-supported and regional development organizations involvement in the Conference. Speakers will include USWA USWA United Steelworkers of America

 District Ten Director John DeFazio and Jim Panyard, President & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of the Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association.

State Representative Frank LaGrotta will be joined by a number of southwestern Pennsylvania elected officials to promote several pieces of legislation that would curb outsourcing and reduce the use of outsourcing by the government.
