ADVISORY/Circadiant Systems to Unveil New Optical Testing Solution at NetWorld + Interop 2001 Atlanta.

News/Assignment Editors

ADVISORY...for Tuesday Tuesday: see week.  (Sept. 11)

--(BUSINESS WIRE)

Circadiant Systems

WHO: Circadiant Systems, a new company currently in
stealth mode focused on making optical testing
         simple

WHAT: Circadiant Systems plans to unveil a new class of
equipment that will significantly reduce optical
component and equipment vendors' development and
         manufacturing costs, while improving their
         productivity and accelerating time-to-market of
high-quality optical networking gear, at NetWorld +
         Interop next week.

"As the optical industry continues to mature--with
         rapid advancements in speed and
         complexity--companies need a more standardized,
automated and intelligent way to quickly and easily
test new products," said Tom Hausken, director,
         Optical Communications Components Practice,
         Strategies Unlimited. "Circadiant Systems is
well-positioned to meet the requirements of this
growing market. By saving engineers two things that
are in short supply, time and money, these new
testing solutions are badly needed in the market."

WHERE: Circadiant Systems will demonstrate its optical
testing solution in its booth (#7056) at NetWorld +
Interop 2001 Atlanta, at the Georgia World Congress
         Center

WHEN: Exhibit hours:
         Tuesday, September 11, 2001 and Wednesday, September 12, 2001
         10:00 am to 6:00 pm
