ADVISORY/Chubb Expert Available to Speak About Workplace Violence; Recent Tragedies in Texas, New York and Mississippi Demonstrate Workers are At Risk.

Feature Editors/Business Editors

ADVISORY...

--(BUSINESS WIRE)

WHO: Greg Bangs, workplace violence expert, the Chubb Group of
     Insurance Companies

WHAT: An expert in workplace violence such as homicide and
assault, Bangs says the recent tragedies in Texas, New York
and Mississippi demonstrate an immediate need for reevaluation
of security measures of private firms. Small and midsize
companies may be more vulnerable to workplace violence, as
they lack the resources for preventative measures such as
background checks, psychological evaluations or metal
detectors. Bangs can provide tips to companies that want to
      avoid similar situations.

MORE INFORMATION: The U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of
Labor Statistics has information on the workplace
violence, which can found at www.bls.gov.
