After the runaway success of last year's inaugural tree lighting spectacular, which filled The Grove to capacity, the center will be closed for this year's holiday show. Tickets for the Christmas at The Grove celebration will be sold to the public, and proceeds will be donated to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation was founded in 1988 by Elizabeth Glaser, Susan DeLaurentis, and Susie Zeegen. Glaser and her husband, actor Paul Michael Glaser, learned that Mrs. Glaser had been infected with HIV through a blood transfusion. .
