WHO: Ted Forstmann, Chairman, Children's Scholarship Fund The Children's Scholarship Fund is an American privately-funded program that, at any given time, provides private school tuition assistance to about 23,000 students. The Fund was founded in 1998 by Theodore J. Forstmann and John T. Walton.
