On January 29th Charisma An earlier presentation graphics program for Windows from Micrografx that included a comprehensive media manager for managing large libraries of image, sound and video clips. Floats will be rolling the award-winning City of West Covina's Rose Parade Float "The Three Tenors" down the Irwindale Dragstrip to set a track record. This will be a world-first attempt at setting a new NHRA NHRA National Hot Rod Association NHRA Northland Human Resource Association NHRA National Human Resources Association NHRA Nursing Home Reform Act NHRA National Hospice Regatta Alliance NHRA National Heritage Resources Act (South Africa) record for floats on the 1/8 mile drag strip drag strip n. A short, straight course or track for drag racing. . This 15,000 pound, 45 foot long, 18 foot wide, 17 foot tall float normally travels 2 to 2.5 miles an hour in the Rose Parade. The float features 3-12 foot tall canaries dressed in top hats. The float was awarded the Mayor's Trophy for most beautiful city entry in the 2003 Tournament of Roses Parade The Tournament of Roses Parade was established, and first held, on January 1,1890, in Pasadena, California, eight miles (13 km) northeast of Downtown Los Angeles. Rooted in tradition, this parade is broadcast on multiple television networks, watched by upwards of one .
