Diego Padres' final post-game farewell ceremonies, "Farewell to the
Q." Relive the emotional final moments at Qualcomm Stadium as players
and coaches from past and present say goodbye to the Q following the
Padres' final game of the season on Sunday, Sept. 28. This one-hour
encore presentation will feature post-game ceremonies only, and not
the actual Padres vs. Rockies game.
