Dream Playhouse Will Benefit Children From a CMN Member Hospital;

Will Also Play Host to $10,000 "Home Equity For Your Dreams" Contest

WHAT:             Champion Mortgage(R), one of the nation's leading
                  retail home equity lenders, will donate an elaborate
                  dream playhouse to the Rocky Mountain Children's
                  Miracle Network as part of its "Home Equity for your
                  Dreams" contest. One lucky Denver resident will win
                  $10,000 as part of the contest.

WHEN:             Wednesday, Sept. 4th, 11:00 a.m.- noon

WHERE:            Denver Pavilions (16th Street Mall next to the
                  Virgin Megastore)

DETAILS:          Twenty-five lucky residents of the Denver community
                  will have a chance to win $10,000 from Champion
                  Mortgage by unlocking a playhouse located at the
                  Pavilions, which will later be donated to the The
                  Kunsberg School, which is affiliated with the
                  National Jewish Medical and Research Center, a CMN
                  member hospital. Only one of the 25 contestants will
                  hold the key to the $10,000. The unlocking ceremony
                  will begin at 11:00 a.m. sharp, and it is expected
                  to be concluded by noon.
