    WHAT: A rededication celebration to be held by the Central YMCA
        will honor the recent generous donation by the family of Shih
        Yu-Lang. The branch will be renamed the Shih Yu-Lang Central
        YMCA. Members of his family and of the community will come
        together to celebrate the life of this incredible man, and to
        open a new chapter in the life of this historic YMCA.

        Shih Yu-Lang, an accomplished professor of applied mathematics
        and engineering in Taiwan, is remembered by his family for his
        personal ethic of hard work and his optimistic, enterprising
        spirit. His family believes the branch, with its devotion to
        strong values, community service, and leadership to the
        community, provided the perfect opportunity to honor their
        father. In a society of segmentation, the Shih Yu-Lang Central
        YMCA embraces all who value honesty, respect, caring, and
        responsibility.
