Who:      Chef Norman Van Aken of Norman's Restaurant and Chef Roy
          Yamaguchi of Roy's Restaurant

What:     Signing copies of their books, Yamaguchi's Feasts from
          Hawaii and Van Aken's New World Kitchen. Books can be
          purchased on-site for $41 each plus tax, credit cards are
          accepted

When:     Monday, October 20, 2003
          12:15 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Where:    The Orlando Culinary Academy
          Machon Restaurant

          Directions: Located off John Young Parkway near Sand Lake
                      Road

Why:      Following a private demonstration for students at the
          Orlando Culinary Academy, celebrity chefs Norman Van Aken
          and Roy Yamaguchi will greet their fans and sign copies of
          their books.

          Van Aken is known as the "Father of New World Cuisine" and
          recently opened Norman's in The Ritz-Carlton at Grande Lakes
          Orlando. He has appeared on CNN, "Good Morning America,"
          "Emeril Live" and many other programs.

          Yamaguchi is an internationally trained chef and a master of
          "Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine." His Orlando restaurant, Roy's, is
          located at 7760 W. Sand Lake Road and is one of many around
          the county. Yamaguchi was the host of "Hawaii Cooks with Roy
          Yamaguchi" on PBS and has also appeared on The Food Network.
