The agency serves annually nearly 80,000 men, women and children in Washington and Maryland Maryland (mâr`ələnd), one of the Middle Atlantic states of the United States. It is bounded by Delaware and the Atlantic Ocean (E), the District of Columbia (S), Virginia and West Virginia (S, W), and Pennsylvania (N). .


WHAT:       "Mardi Gras Gala 2002" featuring special guest,
            three-time Grammy winner Tony Bennett, is a
            black-tie dinner and evening of dancing. The gala
            serves as Catholic Charities largest fundraising
            event of the year.

WHEN:       Saturday, February 9, 2002.
            Cocktails begin at 6:30; dinner at 7:30;
            Tony Bennett at 9:00
