The three-day symposium is designed to keep medical professionals abreast of the latest advances and developments in cardiovascular medicine including leading-edge diagnostic procedures, therapeutic approaches and clinical scenarios. A distinguished panel of international experts will offer a broad based curriculum of interest to cardiologists, internists, primary care physicians, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, nurses, and cardiovascular technologist. Lectures and interactive sessions encompass half the day leaving ample time for the registrant and family to enjoy the amenities offered at the newly renovated and luxurious Boca Raton Resort and Club.

EARN CME CREDIT: The Boca Raton Community Hospital is accredited by the Florida Medical Association to provide continuing medical education continuing medical education See CME.  for physicians. The Boca Raton Community Hospital designates this educational activity for a minimum of 15 hours of CME in Category 1 credit towards the AMA (Automatic Message Accounting) The recording and reporting of telephone calls within a telephone system. It includes the calling and called parties and start and stop times of the call.  Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that they actually spent in the educational activity.

REGISTRATION: Early pre-registration is strongly encouraged and will be expedited by sending in the attached registration form along with your fee as soon as possible. The pre-registration deadline is November 30, 2001. Early registration course fees are $195.00 per person. After November 30th, course fees will increase to $225.00 per person.
