         Dedication Ceremony Honors Disney CEO and His Family
                   for Major Gift to the University

WHAT:    Dedication ceremony at California State University,
         Northridge (CSUN) to honor The Eisner Foundation for its
         commitment to educational excellence and its gift of
         $7 million to CSUN, the largest donation ever received by the
         University. In recognition of the gift, CSUN is naming its
         college of education after Michael D. Eisner.

         Will include photo opportunity and Q&A session with speakers.

         Jane Eisner, President of The Eisner Foundation
         Debra S. Farar, Chair of the California State University
            Board of Trustees
         Jolene Koester, President of CSUN

         At press time, distinguished guests scheduled to attend
         include Congressman Brad Sherman, State Senator Richard
         Alarcon, State Assemblyman Keith Richman, State Assemblyman
         Lloyd Levine, Los Angeles City Council President Alex Padilla
         and L.A. Councilmember-elect Tony Cardenas.
