    WHAT:     What makes up the price of a gallon of gas, and why has
              the price gone up?

              Get answers to those questions and more about gas
              prices in California, at a news media roundtable
              sponsored by Western States Petroleum Association
              (WSPA), and featuring John Felmy, chief economist for
              the American Petroleum Institute (API) and director of
              API's Policy Analysis and Statistics Department.

              WSPA is a trade association representing energy
              companies in the six Western states, California,
              Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii.
