The California Fuel Cell Partnership The California Fuel Cell Partnership is a public-private partnership to promote hydrogen vehicles (including cars and buses) in California. It is notable as one of the first initiatives for that purpose undertaken in the United States.  (www.cafcp.org) takes its road show to Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  this month with a media briefing and ride 'n drive featuring fuel cell-powered electric vehicles. The briefing will take place Wednesday, April 18, 2001 at the California Science Center The California Science Center (sometimes spelled California ScienCenter) is a state agency and museum located in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. Billed as the West Coast's largest hands-on science center, the California ScienCenter is a public-private partnership between the State  in Exposition Park beginning at 10:00 a.m.

The briefing will feature a presentation about the CaFCP; an overview of fuel cell technology; and displays, including a hydrogen-generating fueling appliance.
