WHAT:       News conference to announce the seven winners of the
            Governor's Main Street Awards for Excellence, and to
            introduce two new communities receiving Main Street
            certification. The announcements launch the California
            Revitalization Conference, a three-day event that
            addresses the opportunities and challenges ahead for
            downtown and neighborhood commercial districts.
