       Trust Funds

VISUAL OPPORTUNITIES: Top state housing officials; presentation of
award checks to city and county leaders and local housing dignitaries.

HIGHLIGHTS:

    --  California's Business, Transportation and Housing Secretary,
        Sunne Wright McPeak will announce awards of millions for
        housing. The funds are provided through Proposition 46, the
        housing bond approved by the voters in November 2002.

    --  Secretary McPeak is expediting award of the bond funds to meet
        the housing needs of California's workforce and their
        families, to stimulate the economy, and to create thousands of
        jobs.

    --  Awards will be made to: Greater San Francisco Bay Area, Los
        Angeles Region, Greater Sacramento/Stockton Area, San Diego
        Region, and others.

DIRECTIONS: From 680 North and South: Exit Berryessa Road West to
King/Lundy; Left on King to 945 North King Road. Apartments are on the
right.

From 101 North and South: Exit Julian McKee and take McKee Road east
