-Atlanta's next quarterly meeting, "Crafting an End to End CRM Solution," will be held on Wednesday, July 30, from 5:30p.m. - 7:30p.m., at Maggiano's in Buckhead - During the discussion, presenters from North Highland, Earthlink and NDCHealth will explain how successful front/back office integration translates into exemplary customer service and satisfaction. Keynote speaker, Bill Falconer, Vice-President, North Highland Company, will focus on the importance of leveraging multiple functional areas, tools and technologies in an organization to implement a customer strategy. Following his presentation, Lacey Roe, Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, Earthlink, and Charlie Thompson, Consulting and Marketing Vice President, NDCHealth, will share real world experiences from their respective organizations. The meeting will conclude with an interactive Q&A session.
