), a leading global Internet operating and development company, will release its Q4 fiscal 2000 operating results today after the market close. As part of the review of CMGI's operating results for both Q4 and FY 2000, CMGI will also provide guidance on the company's targets for achieving profitability in 5 of its 6 business segments. On September 7, 2000, CMGI announced that it has formally organized its 17 majority-owned operating companies and its venture capital affiliate into six lines of business. These six lines of business include five operational segments - search and portals; infrastructure and enabling technologies; Internet professional services (job) professional services - A department of a supplier providing consultancy and programming manpower for the supplier's products. ; e-business and fulfillment; and interactive marketing - as well as CMGI's affiliated venture capital arm, CMGI @Ventures.

Following the earnings announcement, at 5:00 p.m. EST, CMGI will host a live webcast of its conference call from the company's web site (http://www.cmgi.com).
