in the safe, speedy removal of tanker-trailer crashes.
Tanker-trailers may contain dangerous chemicals and are a
source of major highway congestion.

Where: B. T. Collins Training Facility, 8361 Okinawa Street,
Sacramento. Directions: Highway 99 south. Exit 47th Avenue
East. Merge onto 47th, which becomes Elder Creek Road. Turn
left from Elder Creek onto Florin Perkins Road and enter
Facility at Gate 3 (Okinawa Street). Drive through the
archway of the B. T. Collins US Army Reserve Center. Follow
signs to the parking area.
Visuals: The media and a class of emergency responders will
observe as a cutaway tanker-trailer is overturned and then
righted with big-rig tow trucks, simulating a freeway crash
situation.
