WHAT: Wesley A. Curry, M.D., FACEP, President and Immediate Past Chairman of
the Board of Directors of the California Emergency Physicians Medical Group
(CEP), will participate in a panel discussion sponsored by The American Academy
of Emergency Medicine (AAEM), in conjunction with the AAEM Resident Section and
the California Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians. CEP is
one of the largest emergency medicine groups in the state, providing staffing
services to 42 hospital Emergency Departments and 18 ambulatory/urgent care
centers in California. The panel discussion, entitled "Physician Equity, Exit
Strategies, and Group Citizenship," is the third in a series of AAEM national
forums focusing on the business of Emergency Medicine. It is being held during
the 2000 American College of Emergency Physicians Scientific Assembly in
