          announce the new Neighborhood Renovation pilot, created to
          target Milwaukee's aging housing stock by allowing borrowers
          to purchase one- to four-unit properties with low down
          payments and finance the renovations in one loan.

          Directions: From downtown Milwaukee, take I-43/94 South to
          Holt Avenue exit. Turn right onto Holt, which turns into
          Morgan Ave. Proceed west to 9th Place. Turn right. Proceed
          north four blocks. Continue on 9thPlace past Oklahoma
