What: WCVB-TV Channel 5 Golf Classic to Benefit Prostate Cancer
    Research Presented by Delta Airlines Prostate cancer, the silent
    killer, will be diagnosed in 180,000 men in the United States and
    claim the lives of 40,000 this year. The Massachusetts legislature
    is designating October as Prostate Cancer Awareness Month in the
    Commonwealth. The WCVB-TV Channel 5 Golf Classic will help fund
    prostate cancer research at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.
    The tournament marks the first time a charity golf tournament will
    benefit prostate cancer research conducted at the Beth Israel
    Deaconess.
