WHAT:   A grand reopening party will be held at the CAC-CarePlus
        Kendall Medical Center, which is currently owned by
        Physicians Healthcare Plans (PHP).

        The Grand reopening party will include delicious
        foods, music, a live remote from La Cubanisima, with
        giveaways from the radio station.

WHEN:   10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
        11:30 AM- Grand Reopening Ceremony
        April 20, 2002

WHERE:  CAC-CarePlus Medical Center
        14736 N. Kendall Drive

WHY:    To commemorate the reopening of the CAC Medical
        Centers, Physicians Healthcare Plans (PHP) will
        provide its members, physicians, and employees a
        grand reopening party. PHP currently covers over
        200,000 South Floridians and it is the country's
        largest minority owned HMO.
