WHAT:     A grand reopening celebration will be held at the
          CAC-CarePlus North Miami Beach Medical Center, which is
          currently owned by Physicians Healthcare Plans (PHP).

          The Grand reopening party will include delicious foods, live
          jazz and swing music from "Havana Soul," a live remote from
          Clasica, with giveaways from the radio station.

WHO:      Mayor Jeffery Mishcon and Councilwoman Jacqueline H. Smith
          will be presenting a proclamation from the City of North
          Miami Beach, recognizing the reopening of the medical
          center, to Mike Fernandez, President and CEO of PHP.

WHY:      To commemorate the reopening of the CAC Medical Centers,
          Physicians Healthcare Plans (PHP) will provide its members,
          physicians, and employees a grand reopening party. PHP
