ADVISORY/Business Strategy Network Announces Upcoming Conference.

--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

As technology grows and industries bloom, more and more smart businesses are recognizing the value of outsourcing. But to work, an outsourcing partnership must feel like an inside job. It must fit in with your company's culture, objectives and operations. Business Strategy Network's upcoming conference, "Attaining World Class Process Excellence Through Business Process Outsourcing Business process outsourcing (BPO) is the contracting of a specific business task, such as payroll, to a third-party service provider. Usually, BPO is implemented as a cost-saving measure for tasks that a company requires but does not depend upon to maintain its position in  For The Financial Services The examples and perspective in this article or section may not represent a worldwide view of the subject.

Conference Focus: As competition in the financial services industry heats up, as technology changes from one minute to the next and "rightsized" companies are told to do more with less, outsourcing has advanced from being a curiosity to a strategic necessity. But there is a "right" way and a "wrong" way to outsource. This high-level executive forum will discuss the full spectrum of the outsourcing decision - from how to determine what you should outsource, how to select the right vendor(s)... to should you renew your outsourcing arrangement or convert it in-house.

Different strategies for different stages of the outsourcing cycle will be discussed as well as these critical topics: How to use outsourcing as a strategy for growth and expansion; how companies can profit by outsourcing their own expertise; how to successfully monitor and manage the outsourcing arrangement. The conference will be lead by experienced senior level executives in the the financial services industry, outside consultants and several vendors with a long standing reputation for excellence in their fields.

Conference Format: Besides the main conference, this event will feature pre and post conference seminars that will be geared toward the different stages (and needs) of a company's outsourcing cycle. It will also feature several breakout sessions that will zero in on specific outsourcing options, needs and projects.
