    WHAT: American Marketing Association Special Seminar: "Practical
          Marketing Research," conducted by the Burke Institute

    WHEN: Thursday, April 8, 2004. 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    HOW: Registration is limited to 30, so attendees are encouraged to
         reserve their spot today at www.mnama.org or call the AMA
         Minnesota Office 651-917-6241 for further information about
         mailing or faxing a registration form. The registration
         deadline is March 25 and early-bird registration is March 11.

    WHY: This daylong Burke seminar will provide participants with
         recommendations on how to plan and implement marketing
         research studies from start to finish. As a bonus, the
         seminar will also include some key findings from a recently
         completed research study by Burke, Inc. about the impact of
         on-line survey length on key measures such as purchase
         likelihood and overall satisfaction. These results
         demonstrate the effects of questionnaire length and Burke
         will look at alternative ways of dealing with these effects.
         Burke generally presents this seminar in three days but has
         customized it for the AMA as a one-day session.
