WHO:    Buffalo's Southwest Cafe restaurants, a casual dining,
        southwestern-style family restaurant chain.

WHAT:   Participating Atlanta-area Buffalo's Southwest Cafe
        restaurants will donate 5 percent of all food and beverage
        sales proceeds on Oct. 1-4, 2001, to the American Red Cross
        relief effort in New York City and Washington, D.C., in an
        effort to help those affected in the Sept. 11 tragedy. On
        these dates, Buffalo's will also collect donations from
        customers who wish to contribute directly to the relief
        effort.

      According to Ray Cabana, president and CEO of Buffalo's Southwest
Cafe, "Over the last two weeks, we have witnessed incredible acts of
bravery and charity among the American people. All of the team members
of Buffalo's Southwest Cafe are proud to join in the effort to support
those affected by this national tragedy, and we can think of no finer
partner for this effort than the American Red Cross."
