WHAT:    A press conference will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2002
         at 11:00 a.m. on the courthouse steps at the San Diego Hall
         of Justice, 330 West Broadway, San Diego, CA. 92101 to
         announce the filing of a civil suit by Rufus Hannah and
         Donald Brennan in the Bumfights.com matter.

WHO:     Browne Greene and Mark Quigley (www.gbpwlaw.com) have been
         retained to represent Rufus Hannah and Donald Brennan, who
         were allegedly exploited in a videotape entitled "Bumfights:
         A Cause for Concern, Volume 1." They will announce the filing
         of a civil suit against the makers, producers, and promoters
         of the videotape.

         Rufus Hannah and Donald Brennan will appear with their
         attorneys and will be available to answer questions and for
         photo opportunities.

         Among others, Alpha Project for the Homeless president Bob
         McElroy will participate in the press conference.
